Welcome to The Lotus Moon Sanctuary (“Sanctuary,” “we,” “our”), a spiritual education and mentorship platform created and led by Athena. By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any Sanctuary offering — including all tiers, programs, classes, events, or digital products (“Program”) — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

All offerings are spiritual, educational, and personal‑development in nature. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial services.

 

Overview

This Agreement governs your enrollment in any tier or offering within The Lotus Moon Sanctuary or The Lotus Path of Self‑Mastery and all related Sanctuary programs. Each tier includes different features, which are described on the sales page at the time of purchase. Descriptions may evolve as the Sanctuary grows. 

 

Membership Access

• Access begins immediately upon purchase.
• Access varies by tier; inclusions are listed on the sales page.
• One‑time‑payment programs grant lifetime access to the purchased content.
• Subscription access continues only while payments remain current.
• If a payment fails, access pauses until resolved.

The Sanctuary may update, add, or modify content at any time to best serve the collective.

 

Payments, Billing & Renewals

By enrolling, you authorize the Sanctuary to charge your chosen payment method for:

• The initial payment
• All recurring payments (if applicable)

You acknowledge:

• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You are responsible for maintaining an active payment method
• You may cancel at any time to stop future billing

This satisfies federal FTC “Negative Option Rule” requirements.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds. No cancellations of active payment plans.  

A free preview (Sanctuary Preview) is provided so you may explore before committing.

Cancellation:

• Stops future billing

• Does not refund past payments

• Allows access until the end of the paid period

 

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.
Due to the nature of this work and the energetic container provided, all sales are final and non‑refundable  and non‑cancelable once purchased.

A free preview section (The Sanctuary Preview) is provided so you may explore the space before committing.

Plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel membership at any time.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments.

Upon cancellation, access ends at the end of the current paid for billing period.

 

 Access & Timeframe

You have access to program materials, calls, and community spaces according to the plan you purchase.

Access begins immediately upon purchase 

For one time payment options you will keep access to that you purchased for a lifetime

For subscriptions access continues as long as payments remain current.

 If a payment fails, access will pause until resolved. And only reinstated when payment is made.

To participate, engage, and take responsibility for your own growth.

The Sanctuary cannot do the work for you.

Only you can change you.

You need to put in the work to receive results. 

You are responsible for your own actions, choices, and implementation.

 

No Outcome Guarantees

This program does not guarantee any specific emotional, spiritual, financial, or life results. Spiritual growth varies by individual effort and readiness.

There is no Quick Fix. This Sanctuary is not a bandage to your problems. We are a way of bringing Spiritual Truth and Living into your current reality.

Most people who truly commit themselves to 30- 90 minutes a day and regularly attend calls, put in a true effort, do the work, and participate, start really noticing things changing quickly. 

We are just here to hold the lantern and light the way. You decide how far you go.

 

Community Guidelines & Conduct

To maintain a safe and sacred space:

• What is shared in the Sanctuary stays in the Sanctuary
• Respectful, compassionate behavior is required
• No harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior
• No solicitation
• No sharing of private content
• No pushing beliefs onto others
• Confidentiality is mandatory

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the container, without refund. 

Members agree to uphold the Sanctuary’s values:

• Confidentiality
• Accepting & Allowing Of ALL. This includes but not limited to: accepting of others and their opinions. If you do not agree with their opinion that is fine but no harassing or bickering. Everyone has the right to their own thoughts and their own experiences based upon their own personal history. Part of evolving / blooming is allowing others to have their own thoughts, beliefs and not push your thoughts or beliefs upon anyone else.

Violation may result in removal without refund.

 

Intellectual Property

All content ~ including but not limited to videos, audio, rituals, guided journeys, graphics, written materials, and Magick Mail ~ is the exclusive property of The Lotus Moon Sanctuary.

Members (you) may not:

• Copy
• Share
• Reproduce
• Teach
• Distribute
• Record
• Resell
• Upload
• Or use content outside the Sanctuary

without written permission.

Your purchase grants a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to access, not ownership.

 

Confidentiality

Members agree to keep all personal stories, experiences, and shared information given by anyone within the Sanctuary private walls, and not discuss outside the walls without the expressed permission of the individual giving/ sharing the personal story or experience.

Recording or distributing any part of the Sanctuary is strictly prohibited.

 

Spiritual Disclaimer

The Sanctuary provides spiritual education, energetic practices, and personal‑development tools.
We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, or legal services.

Members are responsible for their own well‑being and agree to seek licensed professional support when needed.

This program offers:

• Spiritual guidance
• Self‑reflection practices
• Educational content

We do not offer:

• Therapy
• Medical care
• Legal advice
• Financial advice

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

You agree to seek licensed professional support when needed.

Live Call Disclaimer

Live call schedules may shift.

Recordings may be provided but are not guaranteed.

Calls may be recorded for member access or promotional use.

If you speak on a call, you agree to be on camera and consent to being recorded.

 

Technology Requirements

Members are responsible for having the necessary technology to access the Sanctuary. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds.

 

Non‑Transferability

Membership access and login credentials may not be shared, transferred, or sold. Sharing login information will result in immediate termination without refund, no matter the package purchased.

 

Program Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove content, modules, calls, or features at any time.

 

This allows the Sanctuary to evolve without rewriting this Agreement. 

 

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate membership for:

• non‑payment
• violation of community guidelines
• misuse of content
• Harmful or disruptive  behavior
• Anything that is misaligned with the positivity of the Spiritual Center

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

 

 Friends & Family Complimentary Access Policy

From time to time, The Lotus Moon Sanctuary may offer complimentary access codes for close friends and family. These codes allow entry into the Sanctuary for personal exploration and support, but do not include the premium benefits reserved for full‑price Celestial Path members.

Individuals using a Friends & Family complimentary code are not entitled to the following Celestial Path perks:

• Monthly 1:1 Zoom Session
• Priority Daily Message Access (via private Google Voice inbox — no calls, no DM access)
• Priority write‑in questions for The Q&A Lighthouse
• Monthly Magick Mail Ritual Box
• Any additional bonuses, gifts, or premium offerings reserved for paying members

Complimentary access is intended as a blessing and a preview, not a replacement for the full Celestial Path experience.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue complimentary access and its associated terms at any time.

WE Reserve the right to modify, update, make changes as needed to this agreement
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Sanctuary is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation.

• You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your choices and experiences.

This protects you legally.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.

 

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising from this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court litigation.

This protects both parties and keeps matters private.

 

Electronic Consent

By clicking “Purchase,” “Join,” or any enrollment button, you agree to these Terms & Conditions electronically.

Electronic signatures are legally binding under the U.S. E‑SIGN Act.

 

Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement at any time.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
